Ather Energy has announced that it will soon launch a new variant of the 450, the 450X.
The release will be from Agencies in Kochi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Coimbatore in early November 2020
About details about the scooter, company claims a mileage of 55 to 75 km per recharge, 0-40 kmph in 3.9 seconds and maximum speed of the scooter is 80 kmph. BLDC motor offers an optimum 20.5 Nm of instant torque and a peak power output of 5.4 kW for cruising at top speed. The Battery inside is of 24 kWh Lithium-ion. Water & Dust resistance matching with IP67 standard. An On board navigation dash board with touch screen and Ather App in the users mobile phone will tell you about the fuel status. Fast charging facility will charge on a basis of 1km/per minute. Recharging can be done from any normal power point with 5A socket.
When asked about the price the company said we expect it could retail at around Rs 1.13 lakh (on-road)
