Manager Talent Optimisation

Job Purpose

To drive, implement and oversee execution of the Emirates Group?s overarching talent, leadership and people development strategy through dynamic initiatives and processes in alignment with current and future strategic business needs.

Job Outline:

– Drive a strategically aligned talent management experience that builds our human capital for the world of tomorro

– Lead the design and implementation of a leadership development experience that bridges the leadership gap for our frontline, emerging and executive leader

– Drive a coaching culture where our leaders hold meaningful conversations and empower our people

– Oversee the design and execution of business driven people development solutions that build capability, improve performance and resolve skill gaps in order to take us into the new world of work

– Liaise with external partners to create impactful partnerships and outsource development solutions as needed

– Ensure Talent Optimisation teams pro-actively monitor global trends and practices to ensure our products are contemporary and impactful

– Provide talent optimisation consultancy and behavioural expertise, through a people lens, to senior executives to support the strategic direction of the Emirates Group

– Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates

Qualifications & Experience

– Human Resources.Training : 10+ Years

– Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :

– Minimum Bachelor’s level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent, Masters level qualification would be an asset

– Progressive experience in a people development role

– An internationally recognised executive coaching qualification.

– Experience in training and supervising other coaches is desired – Qualification in psychometrics is an advantage

– Experience in managing a team of professionals

– Able to drive talent, leadership development, learning and organisational development interventions within a fast-paced, lean environment at a tactical and strategic level

– Similarly able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results

– Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve

Qualifications & Experience

-Also able to form effective relationships with executives and senior leaders

– A strong leader of people and teams

– An excellent team player

– Strong in relationship management and engagement with external consultants

– Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation

– A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data and create meaningful conclusions which will inform the business

– A desire to continually seek out opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system
