Emirates Talent Acquisition Coordinator Onboarding
Job Purpose
Provide a dedicated, efficient and value-adding onboarding service for all external joiners to support in the acquisition and onboarding of talent.
Job Outline:
– Provide end to end onboarding support to allocated new joiners. Proactively escalating joiner queries or concerns that may impact the joiner experience.
– Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Acquisition Managers, Line Managers and Candidates across the candidate journey from onboarding to induction, managing all aspects of the candidate onboarding journey
– Deliver a quality, customer focused service to our internal and also external customers
– Be an active player in supporting a strong culture of performance within the Talent Acquisition team
– Work with Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers to capture and use candidate data across all areas of Talent Acquisition in order to drive continuous improvement
– Work cross-functionally across Talent Acquisition and the wider HR team on a project basis to deliver on the Talent Acquisition mission to provide high calibre talent to the business
– Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process.
Qualifications & Experience
– Human Resources.Recruitment & Selection :
– 12 Years schooling or equivalent :
– 4+yrs working experience in HR, Customer Service,
– Adaptable to support tactically and then operationally across the different areas of Talent Acquisition (attraction, Talent ID, onboarding, induction)
– Self-motivated with a curiosity to constantly improve and also embrace opportunities for rotation across Talent Acquisition
– Ability to use initiative and also take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
– Technologically competent with ability and desire to learn different systems
– Similarly excellent communication skill is essential.
