The United Arab Emirate’s vice president His Highness Sheikh Muhammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced a new insurance scheme to protect employees against his / her job loss. This will help the employee earn some income during the ‘jobless’ period in between. This is to protect the employee from a sudden job loss.
The insurance company will compensate the insured employee for a limited period of time before they find another job. The Insurance is aiming to enhance the competitiveness of the job market. UAE will retain good employees in the country itself with this support.
His Highness made this announcement soon after a UAE cabinet meeting he attended today. More details of the scheme are expected soon.

യുണൈറ്റഡ് അറബ് എമിറേറ്റ്സ് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഹിസ് ഹൈനസ് ഷെയ്ഖ് മുഹമ്മദ് ബിൻ റാഷിദ് അൽ മക്തൂം രാജ്യത്തെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ തൊഴിൽ നഷ്ടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി പുതിയ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. രണ്ട്‌ ജോലികൾക്കിടയിലുള്ള ‘തൊഴിൽരഹിത’ കാലയളവിൽ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ഒരു വരുമാനം നേടാൻ ഇത് സഹായിക്കും. പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള തൊഴിൽ നഷ്ടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ജീവനക്കാരനെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ഇത്.
ഇൻഷ്വർ ചെയ്ത ജീവനക്കാരൻ / ജീവനക്കാരി മറ്റൊരു ജോലി കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത് വരെ ഒരു നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തേക്ക് ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകും. തൊഴിൽ വിപണിയിലെ മത്സരക്ഷമത വർധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് ഈ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതി കൊണ്ട് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഈ സംവിധാനത്തോടെ രാജ്യത്ത് ഉള്ള നല്ല തൊഴിലാളികളെ / ജീവനക്കാരെ യുഎഇ യിൽ തന്നെ നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിന് ആവും.
