Janhvi Kapoor today began shooting for Aanand L Rai’s production Good Luck Jerry in Punjab. The shoot of the film will continue till March 2021. Directed by Siddharth Sengupta, the film is the Hindi adaptation of Tamil film Kolamavu Kokila. Janhvi was recently at Mumbai airport leaving for Punjab with her dad Boney Kapoor.
Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram to share her first look from Good Luck Jerry. In the photo, the actress’s costume was a blue salwar kameez with an orange dupatta. She shared the photo with a happy face emoji. Janhvi’s new photo reminds her fans of her mother, Sridevi.

Produced by Aanand L Rai, Director of Good Luck Jerry is Siddharth Sengupta. The film also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisth, Neeraj Sood and Sushant Singh in pivotal roles. It is the Hindi adaptation of the 2018 Tamil film Kolamavu Kokila, starring Nayanthara. Hope Janhvi will keep reprising the role played by Nayanthara in the original but in a different setting. Good Luck Jerry getting ready in North India. Janhvi is playing a simple middle-class girl who gets trapped in an extraordinary situation to save her family.
