Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook CEO has confirmed that three new features will be introduced to WhatsApp soon.
These features include disappearing mode, view once and multi device.
Last year, it added ‘disappearing messages’, which when turned on makes the messages disappear automatically in a chat after seven days. The new feature will roll out a disappearing mode that allows the disappearing messages turn on in all your chats. This will turn your whole WhatsApp experience short-lived.
It has plans to roll out “view once” that will make content disappear after the person views it. When the above said feature is turned on, the recipient can open your photos and videos once before they disappear from the chat.
He also pointed out that people can still take screenshots of the content before it disappears. It is also launching a new feature that provides multi-device support. This means users can access their accounts from as many as four devices.
