The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) informed that people can import medicines for personal use and medical equipment after obtaining an e-permit. Ministry says that it is only for travelers and residents required to import personal medicines and medical devices into the country.
The approval is given to people based on their online application to import the product. People can use the MoHAP website or smart App. Just fill in the required data, attach necessary documents, and submit their application online that meets the relevant conditions. To get the e-permit Customers are required to pay the application fees as per the tariff.
Currently, individuals coming to the country can bring a quantity that is necessary for their personal use during their stay in the country – a maximum of six months. However. Anyone who wants to bring narcotics or controlled drugs must take prior approval. The maximum period allowed for this category is 3 months.
