Locum Pharmacist
Purpose Of Job:
To deliver a comprehensive, professional and cost effective pharmaceutical service to patients and also the public in line with patient safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualification:
A B.Pharm degree from an accredited education institution
Experience:
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy
Key Responsibility:
- Dispensing of medications with proper labelling and also instructions regarding usage, dosage and other relevant information
- Additionally Medication stock levels and storage practices are maintained in Pharmacy and Wards according to company standards and best practice
- Accurate patient billing processes are followed
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Stock management principles
- Sound knowledge of the UAE healthcare regulatory framework
- Experience with the implementation of JCIA stardards for Pharmacies
- Knowledge of patient experience best practices
- Knowledge of stock/inventory management principles and practices
