Samsung Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 smartphones will reportedly feature 90Hz and 120Hz displays, respectively. This is the latest in a series of leaks on the upcoming Galaxy A phones.

According to a report by Sam Mobile, Galaxy A52 5G will feature a 90Hz display. The Galaxy A72 will have a 90Hz refresh rate and a 120Hz refresh rate as well. This would be the first time a non-flagship Samsung phone is getting screens with higher refresh rates. Samsung has so far kept this for the Galaxy S and Note phones.
The report also adds that Galaxy A52 5G will launch in two variants of 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G processor will power the smartphone. It will feature a 6.5-inch full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display. Its quad rear camera setup will most likely include a 64-megapixel primary camera. A 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 5-megapixel depth camera, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, Galaxy A52 5G will have a 32-megapixel front camera. The smartphone will most likely run Android 11 with One UI 3.1 out-of-the-box.
As for the Galaxy A72, the 4G variant is said to launch with 8GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor, and a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. Its camera configuration could be the same as Galaxy A52 5G.
Both the Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 also feature a similar design based on leaked renders. The smartphones are having an Infinity-O punch-hole camera, and vertically stacked rear cameras. The expectation is that Samsung will launch the Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 next month.
