State Bank of India has launched a service through which a customer can change their branch online. This means, the bank provides a new facility where the customer can change the branch without making a physical visit to the bank.
In a tweet, SBI extended its support to the customers and recommends them to use YONO SBI, YONO Lite and Online SBI from the comfort of sitting at home and banking. To change the branch, you should have the branch code of the branch of the bank where you want to transfer the account . Your mobile number must register within the SBI branch and also you need to have internet banking.

Follow the steps below :
- Visit onlinesbi.com
- Click on e-service
- Click transfer savings account
- Select the account to transfer
- Write the IFSC code of the branch you want to transfer the account to Confirm
- You will get an OTP on your registered mobile
- Enter the number and press confirm
- Transfer of Your account will happen after a few days
