A peculiarly named couple, Socialism tied knot with Mamata Banerjee on June 13 in Salem district of Tamil Nadu. Their wedding ceremony took place at Panaimarathupatti.
Socialism is the son of A. Mohan who is the district secretary of Salem Communist Party of India (CPI).
The bride comes from a family of Congress supporters. Her parents named her after the West Bengal chief minister and also the head of Trinamool congress, Mamata Banerjee, when she was with the Congress.
CPI State Secretary R.Mutharasan presided over the wedding, which did not have a priest.
The groom Socialism tied the knot to Mamata Banerjee in the presence of his siblings Communism and Leninism and nephew Marxism.
