According to the Whats App page, all its features would not work properly until the users accept the updates. Also the users won’t be able to access the chat list, besides it will enable you to answer incoming phone and video calls.

Accept or not to accept the new privacy policy– Decide by May 15

The company also informed, no one will have their accounts deleted or lose functionality of Whats App on May 15.

After May 15

Users will continue to get reminders from Whats App to accept new terms. It will give time to review the policy and accept. Failing to do so will cause the users to lose some functionalities after persistent reminders.
