Kerala Government’s NORKA Roots conducting fast-track Recruitment to the UK to provide better opportunities for Registered Nurses from India. 20 online interviews per week have been set up as part of the recruitment drive in partnership with UK NHS Trusts. Recruitment is completely free.
Candidates with B.Sc. or GNM qualifications and a minimum of one year of work experience can attend the interview. Work experience within three years is considered.
Must have a certain score in any one of OET/ IELTS. Accepted score levels are:
IELTS Listening, Reading, Speaking -7 each, Writing-6.5, B grade in each section in OET, and C+ in Writing.
Students who pass the interview must pass the OSCE (Objective Structural Clinical Examination) upon arrival in the UK. An annual salary of 24882 Euros (Rs. 20 Lakhs approx) is available till passing the OSCE. After that, the salary ranges from 25655 (around 21 lakh rupees) to 31534 (more than 25 lakh rupees) Euro.
